Welcome to Wrist Solution online store. Terms and conditions stated below applies to all visitors and users of Wrist Solution. You're bound by these terms and conditions as long as you're on https://wristsolution.com.




The content of terms and conditions may be changed, moved or deleted at any time. Please note that Wrist Solution has the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any prior notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, Wrist Solution will take immediate actions against the offender(s).





All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.





Shipping is free if minimum purchase price is met (refer to Shipping Page). If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. If an item is proven to be lost (by the courier company) during shipping, the same item(s) will be re-shipped.


COVID-19 PANDEMIC: Subject to the local courier company's policy to curb COVID-19 disease, there is a possiblity of parcels being delivered at the recipients' mailbox or doorstep as part of the physical distancing practice. It is the responsibility of the recipients to retrieve the parcel(s) as soon as the tracking reflects "delivered" to avoid being stolen or damaged by weather nature. The seller will not be held responsible for any loss of parcel if the parcel(s) is proven to be delivered.








  • Only watches which are found to be D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) can be returned within 3 days of receipt for an exchange.
  • Regardless of whether refund or repair is requested for the returned product, an import fee will be incurred as per the shipment export rate (under client's expense).
  • The import fee is inclusive of shipping and insurance coverage.
  • For refund case, the import fee will then be deducted from the final refund.
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as returned products have been examined and accepted.
  • Any differences in the amount of refunds are due to currency exchange rate fluctuation and will not be reimbursed.
  • For watch repairs under warranty, all repaired watches will be sent back to the client under our expense.
  • For watch repairs under client's own expense, the client is responsible for the import/export shipment, as well as any import duties incurred during the shipment.
  • Watches must be returned with their original tags, boxes and accessories (e.g. extra straps, tools), and they must not have been damaged.
  • The whole packaging must be wrapped with bubble wrapping.
  • WRIST SOLUTION reserves the rights to request for photographic materials to aid in identifying the defect part.
  • WRIST SOLUTION will not accept any returned products which do not fulfill the above return policy.





  • Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint.
  • If an item is damaged due to manufacturing defect, please return the item back to us. A replacement item will be sent free of charge.
  • Straps must not be worn, trimmed or strapped on watch in any way, and must not show signs of usage.
  • If the purchased item matches the product description but the buyer is dissatisfied, WRIST SOLUTION is not responsible for the refund.
  • WRIST SOLUTION reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product.
  • WRIST SOLUTION reserves the rights to request for photographic materials to aid in identifying the defect part.

Any customs or import duties are charged as soon as the parcel reaches its destination country. As a usual practice, these charges must be borne by the recipient of the parcel. We have zero control over the cost of the charges as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs before placing any order to avoid any unforeseen surprises.





Extended Warranty Program (a.k.a. EWP) is a 1 (one) year in-house extended warranty provided by us for watches purchased on April 2017 onwards. The EWP extends the manufacturer warranty and applies as soon as the manufacturer warranty ends. The repair/replacement cost will be borne by us (Wrist Solution) if the defect is identified to be a manufacturing defect, or otherwise the owner of the watch will be billed accordingly (upon agreement). To entitle for the EWP, any watches purchased from Wrist Solution must be sent back to us for warranty repair.





Cancellation may only be made before remitting payment. Once the payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.




Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Wrist Solution.



All comments and feedbacks to https://wristsolution.com will be remained Wrist Solution's property.

User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the https://wristsolution.com will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment's content made.




We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor and/or color calibration of the display screen.



User shall agree that Wrist Solution may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.




The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Wrist Solution harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.



Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. https://wristsolution.com will not be related or involved to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.



From time to time, there may be information on https://wristsolution.com that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfy with your purchased product(s), please contact us via the Contact Us form.



This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or https://wristsolution.com. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, https://wristsolution.com may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
